Lahaina man, 22, charged with bank robbery
Tips from community led to arrest of Terry
A 22-year-old man accused of robbing a Lahaina bank has been charged, according to Maui police.
Investigators say Turner Terry of Lahaina was arrested on Monday for second-degree robbery.
Terry entered the bank, according to police, last Thursday, walked up to a teller and placed a note on the counter. The teller then opened a drawer and took out an undisclosed amount of cash.
Tips from the community led to his arrest. Bail has been set at $50,000.
