Hokule'a docked at Kailua Beach
Voyaging canoe has 3 more stops on Oahu
The Polynesian voyaging canoe Hokule'a is almost finished with its Hawaii tour.
On Wednesday, the crew docked the canoe at Kailua Beach Park. During this stop, they will continue spreading awareness of ocean preservation.
The crew is giving free tours of the canoe starting on Thursday.
The Hokule'a has three more stops on Oahu before going into drydock to ready for its worldwide voyage.
In May 2014, she will head to Tahiti for the first international leg of the Malama Honua tour.
