The Hawaii Kai Carnival will delay its opening until 4:00 p.m. Sunday as a precaution because of the high winds.
The carnival closed early Saturday afternoon also as a precaution for the high winds. Representatives from E.K. Fernandez said that the carnival would reopen at 12:00 p.m. Sunday, as scheduled. However, the carnival will instead reopen at 4:00 p.m.
