A Hawaiian Humane society investigator rescued a dog stuck in a Waipahu storm drain Wednesday.

The investigator pulled the pup out and brought her back the Humane Society.
The Humane Society says the dog had no identification, but the collar may indicate the dog has an owner.
Humane society officials urge pet owners to place ID tags or microchips on their pets. ID tags should include the owner’s name and phone number.
The Hawaiian Humane Society says people should call 356-2250 to respond to animal emergencies in which the animal's life is in danger. Any tips on animal cruelty and abuse can be reported confidentially.
