Black powder found in checked bag at HNL

TSA: Black powder is a prohibited hazardous material

HONOLULU -

Transportation Security Administration say black powder, or gunpowder, was found in a checked bag at Honolulu International Airport this week.

The two one-pound cans of black powder was found while agents resolved an alarm in the checked bag.

TSA says black powder is prohibited hazardous material.
