The Board of Water Supply an 8-inch water main break in Pearl City was repaired Monday.

It happened at 1214 Kuakoa Street located between Hooli Circle and Kuahaka Street.  The water main break was reported at around 5:10 a.m. Monday.

Water service was restored to all affected customers by 3 p.m.  About 13 homes were without water service.  The main was originally installed in 1968.

As of 3:50 p.m., Board of Water Supply officials say it should take another 2-to-3-hours to repair the road.
