In Las Vegas, police are on the hunt for a man they say stole more than a million dollars in chips from a casino on the Strip.
They say that on October 10th, the suspect broke into a part of the Venetian Casino that was closed down and made off with about $1.6 million in chips.
"What happens now is, any hotel or casino for that matter, can exchange their chips or do some things within their casino that makes the chips virtually worthless," said Robert Duvall of the Las Vegas Metro Police Dept.
Police have identified the suspect as 31-year-old Akingide Cole, of California.
He's described as a light-skinned African-American male, about 6'0"t tall weighing 225 lbs.
He wears his hair in a semi-mohawk style and has a thin goatee.
Most notably, police say he has a large fibrous growth on his left earlobe.
