The Board of Water Supply said SUnday that a water main break in Waiana that closed one lane of Farrington Highway and affected water to more than a dozen homes Friday has been restored.
The 16-inch break was near the intersection of Farrington Highway and Kauiokalani Place.
The break had initially impacted about 400 customers but, by Friday evening, bypass water was supplied to all but 7 customers. That included the transitional shelter, an apartment complex, Waianae Fire Station and Waianae Intermediate School.
Water wagons were available for affected residents.
The town bound lane on Farrington Highway was closed throughout the duration of the repairs.
