story on the windward side town's history has lots of you talking - and reminising. From it's magestic mountain views, to the waters that nourish crops and fish, to the bustling town that is today, Kaneohe is a special place to many of you. And you shared your reflections with us. Lynnelle Salanoa Pugmire writes, "Where else can you watch from your living room window NUMEROUS OF AMAZING Waterfalls flowing down beautiful green steep mountains and driving up the mountain and seeing ..them up close on your way to Honolulu?" Jon Medeiros says, "Always thought Kane'ohe and the Windward side as a whole is the best side of the island .... the trades and the greenery, with the most scenic beaches." And Aloha Guy adds, "Having grown up out near Chinaman's hat the sunrises were spectacular but the best thing was the seafood which flowed in via cousin's, uncles and my father." Your responses have been so fun to read, so keep them coming on our facebook page. And if you missed Brenton's story, you watch it there too.
