There are reasons that Hawaii competes with Mississippi for #49 in the success of public schools. Of course all of the people in the State Legislature send their children to private schools, so they do not properly fund public schools. Time to catch up to the real world Hawaii!" Danielle Feliciano adds, "I didn't realize it wasn't mandatory..... That explains a lot. Smh. Of course it should be!"
