PAUSE FOR MUSIC This story had more than a hundred of you writing in today. Yesterday, we interview the victim's grandmother, who witnessed the incident and told us she hopes lawmakers will consider a ban on ALL fireworks - including firecrackers - in the new year. On facebook, we asked if you agree. Most don't, including Victoria Deluz, who says, "NO just because of one person the whole state gotta pay the price. Use common sense when using fireworks. His mistake, his consequence. Anne Dahlin adds, "More legislation isn't going to change anything unless you have people enforcing it . Laws aren't gonna bring this mans thumb back and wouldn't of prevented it either . Do dumb things and dumb things happen. No law will outlaw stupidity" But Sharon Ann Redo would like a full ban, writing, "Yep ! My small subdivision was well lit up by huge aerials. Major fire hazard and the thick smoke made it hard to breathe." What do you think should the city do to enforce illegal aerials? And should there be an all out ban on fireworks including firecrackers? We want to hear from you, so head to facebook and join the discussion. Kenny?
