By some estimates, Oahu alone will need 104,500 new homes by the year 2050. On facebook, many of you are writing in, including, Cassandra Nohea Pai who says, "An island can only sustain so many people.pretty soon you won't even notice the beautiful Mountains cause it will be taken up by concrete buildings. what kind of island are we leaving for our keiki? Amber Alexander More writes, "Condos being built for the rich but yet the state does nothing for the low income people or the homeless problem. Once all these are done being built the construction workers will be laid off again, then what?" But Patrick Costa thinks, "You can't stop it now....I don't even no why they have town meetings."
