PHONETICALLY SPELLED IN SIX YEAR OLD HANDWRITING BUT THE MESSAGE TO ME WAS CLEAR 10:39:41 The words were Nurturing, healing, love. Three words 6-year-old Jesse Lewis scrawled on a chalkboard in the family's home two days before he died when a gunman opened fire at Sandy Hook Elementary. 10:39:41 IT WAS A MESSAGE OF COMFORT FOR HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS BUT IT WAS ALSO A MESSAGE OF INSPIRATION FOR THE WORLD. 10:39:47 Scarlett has written a book based on teaching love and compassion... And her message is what brought her to Hawaii three weeks ago to be the keynote speaker at a peace conference at UH hosted by Maya Soetoro-Ng. While on Oahu.. she and her family planted four trees on private property in honor of Jesse. 1:14 SCARLETT NAMED THEM ALL. THIS ONE IS LOVE. Scarlett says she planned to spend the day quietly with family...remembering all that Jesse was and loved. 10:44:19 I JUST REMEMBER HIM WANTING TO GO OUT AND BUY A CHRISTMAS TREE EARLY AND THANK GOODNESS I DID. 10:44:22 Scarlett says despite the darkness of the day... The Lewis family is bringing home an unusual Hawaii souvenir... a puppy given by a local family. The dog is named "olivia", which the family says sounds like "I Love."
