A Kilauea man drowned while surfing at Hanalei Bay Saturday.  The Kauai Police Department has identified the victim as 64-year-old Richard Proczka of Kilauea. 

This is the fifth ocean drowning, and sixth overall of the year, for Kauai.

Kauai police say Proczka was reported missing after friends found his surfboard on shore, with him nowhere in sight.  His body was found a short time later.
