Contact the City and County of Honolulu Department of Emergency Management at (808) 723-8960 to report routine siren operations issues. Oahu residents may also sign up to adopt a siren at http://sirens.honolulu.gov
State Civil Defense encourages the public to make use of redundant methods of warning including, but not limited to, text notification systems and NOAA Weather Radio.
