State health officials inspected a two mile area along Kea'ahala stream today, from Kahukipa down to Kaneohe Bay.
They were following up on a mysterious milky white substance found in the stream Tuesday morning.
The city said its storm drain inspectors responded to the complaint Tuesday afternoon, but by then the streams were clear.
Residents near the Makana Kai Marina took water samples that were later given to the department of health, but results may not be available until Friday.
Health inspectors found no evidence of any dead fish out in Kaneohe today and don't believe there is any serious public threat.
