"You fell safe when you go out hiking and doing things," she said. "Normally if somebody gets injured it's because of an accident, not because of someone deliberately doing something. So I think everybody just wants this guy caught quickly."

Klein is described as a Caucasion man standing 6'1" tall, weighing 200 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

He has a Mohawk haircut, was last seen with a mustache and beard and has a tribal tattoo on his left arm.

Police added he is known by the nickname, "The All Mighty", and that he is considered dangerous and should not be approached.
