CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public's assistance to find a man wanted for sexual assaulting and kidnapping a girl.

It happened on July 3 at around 2:30 p.m.

The man approached the victim from behind as she was walking on Ala Ilima Street in Salt Lake and was able to drag her to his vehicle.

The victim fled from the vehicle after striking the suspect.

Police describe the suspect as a man in his 40s, 6-feet-tall, weighing around 200 pounds, with brow crew cut hair and brown eyes.
