Police release sketch of Windward Mall attempted kidnapper

Investigators also looking for witness who helped the victim

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s
assistance in locating a man wanted for Attempted Kidnapping.

On Nov. 6, 2012, at approximately 3:40 p.m., the victim exited the Macy’s
Store located at Windward Mall and was walking through the parking lot toward
the bus stop when she was approached by a man.

The man grabbed her arm and attempted to force her into a white-colored four-door sedan, possibly a Honda.

The victim resisted and was aided by another woman.  The witness
left the area prior to the arrival of the police and we are asking her to come
forward with more information.

The suspect is described as a man 30-to-40-years-old, 5-feet-9-inches-tall to 6-feet-tall, 190 to 200 pounds, with brown hair and an unshaven gray beard.
