Honolulu police are investigating the scene where a 49-year-old woman was apparently hit by a vehicle, sending her to the hospital in critical condition Wednesday morning, according to Emergency Medical Services officials.

It happened at the intersection of Paiwa Street and Puloku Street at 6 a.m.
