reportedly terrorized three different people in four days has been arrested -- again! KITV4's Paul Drewes has more on Jamal Morris -- the man some say should not have been let out of jail. It's a parent's nightmare...getti ng called to the emergency room because their child is injured. This afternoon John Ganjali got that call about his son Maseeh. 3:52-4:02 "he was bleeding from his left eye and I thought he got into an accident, and he said Dad I got jumped and i'm like what?" Masee told his dad, he was headed to work in the University area when Jamal Morris asked for a ride... Morris said he was headed to Da Spot and when they got close... Masee was attacked. 6:08-6:13 "Right before university he started jumping on him and pull his eyes out,and beat his head" 6:20-6:28 "He came outside and he's laying on the floor and he comes out and beats him up more and more until the police gets there" Police arrested Morris here along University avenue, but just four days ago -- Morris was arrested at a nearby park after a late night incident. graphic goes here According to court records witnesses "saw Morris walk into the Da Spot in a hurried manner and approach the stage." Morris was reportedly holding a bottle of alcohol and then "started pouring it... onto the drummer and tried to light the liquid using a lighter" standup@ "according to the owner of gourmet liquors which is located next door to the Da Spot, before the first incident happened on Saturday night the suspect came in here and bought a 1 dollar lighter. After paying for it - Jamal grabbed a bottle of grey goose and told the owner if you follow me I will kill you...then the suspect left with the stolen bottle." Morris was arrested for terroristic threatening but was released on bail. Something many in the community are questioning. 4:48-4:58 "he's got to be locked down or taken care of, I can't understand it they allow such a person to joining the community" Masee was released from the hospital and is recovering from the attack, but his father worries about what could have happened... 5:00-5:08 "i'm thankful this didn't happen to a 5,10 20 year old kid cause he would have killed them, he's a big giant guy" Paul Drewes KITV 4 news Morris missed his court appearance this morning, where he was supposed to enter a plea for Saturday's case. Now, he'll also appear in court on assault charges from today's attack.
