The Public Land Development Corporation is holding a public hearing Tuesday for a proposal establishing operating procedures for the PLDC.

KITV's Andrew Pereira is at the meeting and says, so far, there was overwhelming opposition of the PLDC's proposed administrative rules.

Several people also spoke out against a single hearing on Oahu and that the hearing was held during business hours in a small room at the Kalanimoku Building.  Those who couldn't fit in the room had to watch a live broadcast of the hearing on the ground floor of the building.
