No tsunami threat after 6.8-magnitude Vanuatu earthquake

The U.S. Geological Survey reported Friday a 6.8-magnitude earthquake that struck near the island of Vanuatu.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center says there is no threat of a Pacific-wide tsunami.
The quake's epicenter was 80 miles north of Santo, Vanuatu and shook the area at around 2:06 p.m. Hawaii time.
