Lawmakers are pushing for stricter regulation on where smokers can light up. The proposal looks to clear the air at ALL public parks statewide. KITV4's Nana Ohkawa reports. Lighting up in Oahu could cost you soon. That's if law makers get their way. Smoking at ALL city and county public parks could become ILLEGAL. A possible ban that's sparking joy in some beach lovers.
