On Monday, a new Hawaii Supreme Court justice was sworn in.
The Honorable Richard W. Pollack was in the court chambers to be sworn in.
Pollack was named to the Hawaii Supreme Court for a term of 10 years by Gov. Neil Abercrombie.
He replaces Jim Duffy who retired.
