Cherie Sueko Moskwa
After conferring with Hawaii County prosecutors, Big Island police say they have released 37-year-old Cherie Sueko Moskwa of Hilo from police custody Wednesday evening pending further investigation.
Moskwa was arrested Monday on suspicion of second-degree murder in connection with the stabbing death of 38-year-old Lloyd Rubio of Hilo.
Detectives are continuing the investigation.
