Big Island police say a missing Puna man has been found within a few hundred yards of his home on Monday.

Chad Chun, 36, was previously last seen in the area of 15-1402 11th Avenue in the Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision on Saturday.

He has a medical condition requiring medication.

Chun was found 375 yards from the end of 11th Avenue Monday morning.

A cousin and some friends went looking for Chun with two hunting dogs.  After they found him Chun was dehydrated and was taken to a hospital.

Police say he may have suffered some sort of medical problem which led to his disappearance.
