The Honolulu medical examiner has identified the woman who died in Sunday night's vehicle crash in Nanakuli as 34-year-old Margaret Lavin of Mililani.

The crash happened at around 8 p.m. near the Kahe Power Plant on Farrington Highway.

Investigators say the vehicle Lavin was driving crossed the center line and crashed into two vehicles head-on.  Lavin died at the scene.

Seven people were hospitalized in the crash in serious condition.
