A late-night fire at the Mililani Town Center sent a man to the burn center in serious condition, according to Emergency Medical Services officials.
The fire broke out at around 10:30 p.m. Monday at the Genki Ramen restaurant.
Fire officials say the flames started from a gas leak, but no there was no structural damage to the building.
EMS officials say the man suffered burns to his hands.
No word on when the restaurant will reopen for business.
