Honolulu police say a 27-year-old man was arrested Monday as a suspect in the beating death of a man in Makakilo.
29-year-old Albert Meyer of Kapolei was found beaten on a sidewalk Thursday night. Meyer died on Saturday. The medical examiner is investigating the cause of death.
The suspect was arrested in Makaha for investigation of second-degree murder.
