Veteran Hawaii columnist Eddie Sherman has died at age of 88, according to his wife.

He died Tuesday night of a massive stroke in Honolulu.

Sherman was an entertainment columnist for the Honolulu Advertiser, Honolulu Star-Bulletin and MidWeek.

Sherman's wife, Patty, said her husband loved everybody.
