Police: Landsman, Kozak missing cases are unrelated

The Kauai Police Department is asking for the public's help with two unrelated missing person cases.
Louis Elliot Landsman, 29, was last heard from in November 2012. He has not made contact with his family since and they are concerned for his welfare.
Landsman is known to camp in the Kalalau Valley for weeks at a time.
Landsman is 6-feet-3-inches-tall and weighs roughly 200 pounds. He has hazel eyes, brown partially balding hair, a thin build and a light tan complexion. He has a mustache and beard. He drives a 1995 gray Mazda 626 four-door sedan, license plate number KAD-283.
In an unrelated case, the family of Izabela Kozak, 32, has reported her missing.
Kozak lives in Kapa'a and has not made contact with her family since Nov. 16, 2012, and they are concerned for her welfare.
Kozak is 5-feet-3-inches-tall and weighs roughly 110 pounds. She has brown eyes, brown dreadlock hair, a thin build and fair complexion.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either Louis Landsman or Izabela Kozak is urged to call KPD Dispatch at 241-1711, Investigative Services Bureau, 241-1696, or Crime Stoppers, 241-1887.
