The Kaneohe bound lanes inside the Harano Tunnel on the H-3 Freeway has been reopened after an oil spill cleanup, according to the Honolulu Traffic Management Center Monday morning.
Both lanes were closed due to the oil spill just before 8 a.m.
One lane opened up at around 8:29 a.m.
The lanes were reopened sometime before 10:20 a.m.
