Honolulu police said the Honolulu bound lanes of the Pali Highway was reopened at 2:40 p.m.Tuesday after a three-vehicle crash.
The crash happened on the Kailua side of the Pali Tunnels just before the hairpin turn just before 2 p.m.
Traffic was being rerouted to Kamehameha Highway at Castle Junction.
Fire officials said one of the vehicles caught on fire. By 2:30 p.m., the vehicles, a sedan and two minivans, were towed away.
Fire crews cleaned up the foam used in the vehicle fire.
