We may never know how Missy arrived in Hawaii. But, her story will live on. We've been told a children's book is in the works about Golden Missy, the wayward seal.
Lost seal taken to Honolulu Zoo

A northern fur seal found thousands of miles from its native territory was taken to the Honolulu Zoo for quarantine, observation, and treatment, according to city officials.
