The Honolulu Fire Department responded to a building fire in Manoa Market Place around 10 a.m. Sunday morning.

Officials said the fire came from a nail salon.  Employees of the nail salon said they were cooking near acetone when the acetone ignited.

Employees tried to extinguish the fire themselves but failed.  Reports said at least one employee is injured. 

Fire officials are at the scene extinguishing.  The investigation is still on going.
