H-3 closes due to semi-truck jackknife
Honolulu police say the H-3 Freeway Kaneohe bound is back open Wednesday after a semi-truck jackknifed and was leaking diesel fuel.
The semi-truck accident happened in the Harano Tunnel closer to the Honolulu side of the freeway just before noon.
Police say there are also three other collisions in the same area. No major injuries were reported.
The tunnel was reopened at around 1:45 p.m.
