Sanford has questions himself.

“Why would you throw the medical things in the trash can here and put the kid in the trash can there (in the park)?  Why would anybody do that?” said Sanford.

The medical examiner will determine the age of the fetus and if it was stillborn or aborted.

The case for now is being classified as an unattended death.
