Strong wind gusts ripped off part of roof at an apartment complex and heavy rain maybe to blame for a big traffic tie up on the Pali Highway. A fast moving storm dropped up to 3 inches of rain on Oahu overnight and brought wind gusts of up to 64 miles per hour. KITV 4 meteorologist Cam Tran reports on the brief but wild weather hitting Oahu. Strong winds and downpours made driving dangerous in Moilili, The gusts were so strong the rain fell horizontally and blustery winds ripped off part of the roof at this apartment complex on Kapiolani Boulevard.
