Engineers are scheduled to assess a dangerous site at Diamond Head Beach Park Monday after a rockslide closed off a portion of the beach right below the lighthouse.
City officials cordoned off the area for the weekend before deciding how to clean it up.
This is not the first time rocks have fallen off the mountain side.
Warning signs are posted along the beach.
Monday's assessment will determine how engineers will fortify the dangerous cliff.
