A woman charged in the deadly 2010 crash on Oahu's North Shore pleaded not guilty Thursday.

Brittany Poole was arrested over the weekend and charged with first-degree negligent homicide and driving without a license, according to police.  Authorities believe she was driving under the influence of an intoxicant when she veered off the road, hitting a car, a rock wall and two fences before crashing into a house.

The passenger in the car, 21-year-old Unique Merry, died from his injuries.

Poole is being held on $20,000 bail.
