A 27-year-old man told an underage girl he would help her with an abortion if he got her pregnant, according to court documents.

The man is Bud Dwelly, who is charged with five counts of sexual assault on the 14-year-old girl.

Police say the incidents happened over two days in August at a Pearl City home.

According to the documents, the two became acquainted through text messaging.  Bail for Dwelly is set is $100,000.
