Country club pellet shooter released from custody
Shooting suspect set to be indicted Wednesday
The 59-year-old homeless man accused of shooting a pellet gun at golfers at the Maui Country Club on Sunday has been released from custody while the case is being investigated.
Golfer Paul Peters took a pellet to his bicep turning his shirt sleeve red with blood.
Peters and other golfers tackled the suspect and held him until police arrived.
