Miske is also the owner and president of Kamaaina Termite and Pest Control.

The company was cited numerous times by the state over the past several years.

The EPA fined the company $17,000 in 2011.

Honolulu Police said their officers did hit anyone with a Taser.

Miske said he didn't either, nor did any of his staff.
