Two brothers pleaded not guilty Thursday to attempted murder charges in connection with a stabbing in the Punchbowl area.

31-year-old Atory Willy and 29-year-old Nick Willy face second-degree attempted murder and assault charges after a 39-year-old man was found stabbed several times on Prospect Street earlier this month.

The man was trying to break up a fight between the two brothers.

Trial is set for January.  Bail remains at $50,000 each.
