It's been a bi-annual event aimed to help local entrepreneurs launch their business ventures. This year the Small Business Fair is also focusing on how the government shut down and the Affordable Care Act could impact local businesses. KITV 4's Cam Tran explains how. Also with the government shut down, the fair offered classes to help businesses owners re-market themselves, especially those who work with government contracts.
