Former mayoral candidate Panos Prevedouros organized an anti-rail rally at Honolulu Hale Friday.

Prevedouros says that the city is finding ways to continue construction on the $5.3 billion dollar rail project even though the Hawaii Supreme Court ruled that the state should not have let construction begin until an archeological survey was complete.
