Ala Wai boaters can fuel up vessels again
State signs month-to-month agreement with mobile fuel truck company
Starting on April 6, 2013, boaters at the Ala Wai Boat Harbor will be able to fill up again.
The Department of Land and Natural Resources signed a month-to-month agreement with a mobile fuel truck company to make sure boaters have access to fuel after the harbor's only gas pump, Magic Island Petroleum, shut down last month due to harbor renovations.
Boaters can now gas up on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and noon and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
