According to medical officials, two vehicles collided head-on, sending four people to the trauma center.

This happened on Joseph P. Leong Highway at about 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

A 14-year-old girl, 34-year-old woman and 81-year-old man were taken to the hospital in serious condition.  An 11-year-old boy was taken to the same hospital in stable condition.  All patients were in one car.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 70-year-old woman, sustained no injuries.
