Honolulu police investigate the shooting of two people in an apparent robbery attempt outside the Bank of Hawaii on Farrington Highway in Waipahu.
Honolulu police responded to calls of a double shooting at 7:45 tonight outside the Bank of Hawaii branch on Farrington Highway in Waipahu.
Officers have closed off the intersection of Farrington Highway and Waipahu Depot Road. Pictures of the scene show a Bank of Hawaii ATM, and an after hours drop box.
Officials with Emergency Medical Services report they transported two people from the scene, in serious condition.
Police are using a helicopter to search the area for any suspects.
